Straight Answers From Mechanics Santa Cruz Trusts

“Erik and his Dad are great! Trustworthy and honest, and they never make us feel bad if we don't immediately decide to proceed with any work there. My boyfriend and I have taken both our cars there multiple times and they have dealt with a lot between the two yet are always respectful and polite! Genuinely nice people who want to help.”

“They're amazing. Super honest. Been going to them for over 20 years, ever since I first got my license. Once had an undrivable car because while doing a sharp turn on the pullout of a dark road to turn around, I drove over a boulder the size of a basketball. Charged me $40 to fix the car. Just used a crowbar to straighten shifting forks. Super great guys and never have problems after a fix.”

“Saul (owner) is the nicest, most honest person. Never any BS, he tells you what your vehicle actually needs and doesn't try to upsell you anything that your vehicle doesn't need! I've been taking my vehicles to him for over 15 yrs. Haven't had a bad experience, I leave there with confidence that my vehicle has gotten great care!”
